Refund, Exchange & Store Credit Policy
At KA21KICKS, every item is carefully inspected for quality and authenticity before shipment. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our products, we operate under a strict exchange and return policy.
Final Sale Policy
All orders are considered final sale, except where an exchange or store credit is approved in accordance with the conditions below.
Exchanges & Store Credit (Lebanon Only)
Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit.
Refunds are not offered.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- The item will be inspected upon return before approval
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
Once an exchange is completed, the order becomes final sale.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the request will be denied and the item will be returned to the customer.
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
To initiate a request, customers must contact us on WhatsApp at +961 81 2121 80 within 3 days of delivery and provide:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Order number
- Item name and size
- Reason for the exchange or store credit request
Requests submitted after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
If there is a price difference between items, the customer will be required to settle the difference. Any remaining balance will be issued as store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Requests made after the 3-day window
- Used or worn items
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Orders that have already been exchanged
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.
Our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure timely processing and delivery.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, KA21KICKS reserves the right to cancel the affected item or order. In such cases, the customer will be notified and an appropriate refund or resolution will be provided.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if KA21KICKS is unable to fulfill an order due to availability or operational issues.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
